I hope the trip over was OK and that they let you out of the US and into Canada! How cold is it there? We are missing you already. The triathlon is in 2 weeks now and I'll be thinking of you as I run around the block. Looking forward to your first message back home ....
Hi Coral While we have been steaming in a sultry 25 degrees, I see you are in the freezing minuses in Lethbridge. Was the temperature change a shock? Rachel
